So today I was very bored. Very, very bored. Nothing to do and nothing to say. All but staring blankly at a piece of paper. Wondering. My pen poised, ready to draw whatever came flowing from my deep abyss of thoughts. But for quite a bit, all I had was the same look. A blank look. My eyes wide and my lips pursed. I didn't even have my eyebrows furrowed and my glasses sat on the bridge of my nose. And staring out of my glasses were the same wide eyes. Still with a blank look. Patient for an idea to swim out of the abyss and reach my hand, still poised. The tip of the pen only making one miniscule dot on the white plain of paper. Like the pupils of my eyes. Small and black, coated with a dark brown iris, and finally surrounded by the white sea of the sclera. Those same eyes with the never-ending blank look. Then I suddenly looked up. My lips relaxed and I pushed up my glasses. My hand poised on the paper jerked and I started to draw slowly and carefully. Then I messed up. I stopped instantly and sat there, frozen. The picture was starting to come out perfectly like in my mind. Then my gosh darn pen slipped. For a second, I thought I was going to sink into the blank look I had before. But this time it didn't come. My mouth was slightly open and my eyes had a startled expression on them. My eyebrows were furrowed in frustration and my hand was clenched around the pen. If the pen had a voice, it would probably be screaming. My hand that lied on the paper was slowly rolling up, starting to scrunch up the paper. I threw the picture out and took a fresh, clean paper out. I poised my hand so that the pen was set in a perfect position. My lips pursed again and my glasses started to slip down my nose. With wide eyes staring out of them. With a blank look.
